COMPETENCE

Vester Legal Consulting has an extensive experience of general legal matters such as (eg) business law, contract law, corporate law and public procurement from working in (or with) different companies, industries and sizes since 2000. This has trained me in quickly adapting to new business environments, industries and legal questions at hand. I am often told by colleagues/clients that I quickly understand their need and can provide help.

I have leader experience and have been board member, member of management teams and steering committees. I am used to work in an international environment. I have managed legal projects internally or by using external law firms. Many legal matters (contracts, projects) have been very complex and challenging requiring good organizational, structuring and negotiation skills.

My goal is always to provide legal expertise combined with a commercial view in order to get the best result. Therefore new ways to solve legal matters - to think creatively and have a practical approach are needed. To work closely with corporate managers is also essential.
