Vester Legal Consulting provides an interim legal/general counsel solution. This can be on a part or full time basis pending upon the need of the company, ongoing projects, workload of in-house lawyers etc.

I also provide legal advise on a case by case basis.

In addition to this I work with companies internal legal processes. In such cases I analyze the company's need for legal services, how the legal issues are handled in order to propose an improved (and more cost efficient) legal process.

My goal is always to provide legal expertise combined with a commercial view in order to get the best result. Therefore new ways to solve legal matters - to think creatively and have a practical approach are needed. To work closely with corporate managers is also essential.
